What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Do you take long-term rentals?

Yes, long-term rentals are welcome.

Is there a road to the island?

There is an easily accessible road, which will bring you right to the house.

Will I have cell phone service and Wi-Fi?

Yes, those with any major service provider will have service, and there is Wi-Fi at Stone Lantern House™.

How close is Stone Lantern House™ to downtown?

The property is a 5-minute car ride to downtown. You may also take a scenic, 20-minute walk through the iconic Sitka National Historic Park to get to town. The Seawalk footpath stretches along the harbor, connecting visitors directly to downtown.

How many guests does the house accommodate?

The house can accommodate up to ten people with two per room in its three tranquil bedrooms, additional den, and tea room.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

Stone Lantern House™ has a no smoking and no pet policy.

What is the minimum length of stay?

A three-night stay minimum is required.

Are there any times of year with discounts?

Yes we do winter specials at $500/night with a 4 night minimum, no extra fees. A great time to travel with firends and family for quick winter get away.
